Learn about us

To ensure the diverse skills and technical expertise required to achieve the project’s objectives, UNITY-6G has assembled a robust consortium of 20 partners from 11 European countries. Led by UNITY-6G Coordinator, Dr. Engin Zeydan (CTTC), the partners were strategically selected to address the technical demands of the project and maximize the successful exploitation of its outcomes. The UNITY-6G consortium consists of two mobile network operators, three equipment and hardware/software vendors, a satellite operator, a smart-grid operator, two universities, five research centers, and six well-established SMEs.

The Project Coordinator is supported by a team of dedicated experts, each with a clearly defined role to ensure the project’s success. Dr. Luis Blanco (CTTC), the Scientific Coordinator, steers the project’s scientific direction, ensuring that research activities align with its overarching goals and objectives. Dr. Luis Miguel Contreras Murillo (TID), as the Technical Manager, supervises and guides the technical activities. Dr. Gil Kedar (CER), the Standardization Manager, leads and monitors the project’s standardization efforts. Matteo Pagin (KEY), the Exploitation Manager, drives exploitation activities to promote the effective adoption of project outcomes. Finally, Klaudia dos Santos (MAR), the Dissemination Manager, manages communication and dissemination efforts to maximize the project’s visibility and impact.
